NOTE: Please keep in mind that our floral arrangements are made with seasonal flowers and are subject to market availability. Substitutions may be necessary, and the final arrangement may vary from the photos shown.
While we aim to follow the overall style and color theme, exact shades may differ, including lighter or more vibrant tones depending on flower availability. Additionally, photos may appear different due to lighting, editing, or screen settings.
Wrapping style and presentation may also vary. If you have specific preferences regarding color tones, flower types, or overall look (for example: pastel vs. vibrant), please include detailed notes or reference photos at checkout, or contact us in advance to confirm availability.
First thing's first, place your flowers in water as soon you receive them! placement wise keep them in a cool spot, away from drafty places, and out of direct sunlight. want to get the most from your stems? here's how to maximize longevity:
- keep an eye on the water level, making sure all stems are in the water.
- replace the water in your vase every two days
- remove individual flower stems as they wilt (some flowers will last longer than others!)
- trim the stems, at an angle, every two days.
How To Style: Ideal for vases with openings of approx. 2-3 inches. you can also distribute amongst a few smaller 1-inch vases! no matter what you do, our bouquet wraps come styled and ready for you to pop in to your vase of choice.
Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. All orders are final, Changes and reschedule has to be made within 48 hrs in advance. No Changes or reschedule on the day of delivery or pick-up within the three (3) days prior to Valentines Day or Mothers Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).
PICK-UP:
Curbside pickup is available at our San Jose and Fremont location by appointment only. An email will be sent with additional information and pickup time frame slots prior to your pickup date.
DELIVERY:
Upon delivery, our team leave the bouquet in a safe area and either knock or ring the doorbell. If there is no answer, we will contact the phone number provided to notify the sender and recipient that the delivery has been made. If no one is home, we will notify the sender and recipient with the option to place the bouquet in a safe, shaded area or reschedule for next day delivery with an additional delivery fee.
For deliveries to apartment buildings, please provide the code number and any special instructions in the cart’s notes field. If we are unable to reach the sender and recipient, the arrangement may result in a redelivery with an additional fee.
We will try our best to accommodate a specific delivery time request or change but no guarantees.
A text/email confirmation with a photo (home/unit number & close up arrangement) will be sent upon delivery.
